Carly Elizabeth Schmitt is an illustrator and painter living in the Midwest. Her work combines otherworldly figures with symbology and dark fantasy elements.

She explores themes such as heaven and hell, girlhood, sacred geometry, mycology and microbiology, pain and suffering, ancient primordial magic, transformation, mythology, fairies and aliens.
